meet us and our associates Ian: is an accredited tour guide for the Western Cape Region, and a certified license holder for commercial boat skipper and rubber duck beach launching. He has spent most of his life in the Western Cape, and has a vast general knowledge of the coastal region. He has personally experienced all of the activities which we intend introducing our touring guests to. Specialties include boat angling, rock and surf angling, crayfishing and outdoor ethnic cooking - braaing (barbeque) and 'potjiekos' - a form of cooking in three legged traditional cast iron pots.
